Yes, a refundable security deposit of ₱5000 is required upon check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out if no damages are found.
What happens if I don't show up for my reservation?
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. Our policy is strictly non-refundable.
Are there any prohibitions regarding illegal drugs?
Yes, illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Are there any specific rules about smoking?
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, KTV rooms, and the pool area.
Is diving allowed in the pool?
No diving is allowed in the pool.
Are there restrictions on vandalism?
Yes, vandalizing is strictly prohibited.
How can I use the mini jacuzzi blower?
The mini jacuzzi blower is available for 2 hours. Please ask the staff for assistance.
Is management responsible for personal belongings?
No, management is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please do not leave your belongings unattended.
Are children allowed to swim alone?
No, children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming.
Who is liable for accidents in the resort?
Management is not liable for any accidents while using resort facilities.
What happens if there is damage or loss of facilities/equipment?
Any damages or loss of facilities/equipment during the rental will be charged to the customer.
Are there additional fees for extra guests or equipment?
Yes, there is an additional fee of ₱350 per extra guest and ₱250 for a gas stove.
Is proper waste disposal required?
Yes, proper waste disposal is mandatory.
Are there any restrictions on loud music or videoke use?
No loud music is allowed after 12 MN. Videoke use is prohibited. Customers will pay penalties for any violations.
Can resort rules change without notice?
Yes, resort rules may change without prior notice for safety and operational reasons.
What is the penalty for pool contamination?
There is a ₱3000 penalty for pool contamination (confetti, glitter, and balloons).
Can I visit the resort before booking?
Yes, ocular visits are welcome any day from 12 PM to 3 PM.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
No, the reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I rebook my reservation?
Yes, you can request a rebooking at least 15 days before your scheduled date. A rescheduling fee of ₱2000 will apply.
What happens if I request rebooking late?
Rebooking requests made less than 15 days before the reserved date will not be accommodated, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations on the day of the booking or before the booking day are non-refundable.
