The Kasiden Private Resort Check In Agreement

1. Payment Acknowledgment
The Guest confirms that 50% of the booking amount was paid in advance and agrees to pay the remaining 50% upon check-in. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Guest Responsibility
The Guest agrees to stay within the approved number of guest and take full responsibility for all accompanying guests, children, visitors, and pets. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or denial of entry.

The Guest agrees to follow all resort house rules and understands that:

A ₱5,000 refundable security deposit is required. Any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations may be deducted.

5. Prohibited Acts
Illegal activities, property damage, excessive noise, or unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. Acceptance
By signing below, the Guest confirms understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
