We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred dates.
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before check-in or upon arrival.
Early check-ins are not allowed. Check-in and check-out times will be shared at booking.
A refundable security deposit of ₱5,000 is required at check-in and refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
Non-refundable. No-shows will be forfeited.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property.
No, diving in the pool is not permitted for safety reasons.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, toilet rooms or pool areas.
Vandalizing is strictly prohibited.
The mini jacuzzi blower is available for 2 hours. Please ask the staff for assistance.
Management is not liable for loss or damage to personal items. Please secure your belongings.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while swimming.
Management is not liable for any accidents while using resort facilities.
Any damages or loss of equipment or facilities will be charged to the guest responsible.
Additional fee: ₱500 per person, per night for guests beyond 20 (Maximum of 30 guests)
Optional fee: ₱300 for gas stove access.
Proper waste disposal required.
No loud music or videoke is allowed after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in penalties.
Resort rules may change without notice for safety and operational reasons.
There is a ₱3000 penalty for pool contamination (confetti, glitter, and balloons).
Ocular visits are welcome daily from 11 AM to 2 PM.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rebooking If you need to change your reservation, you must request a rebooking at least 15 days before your scheduled date.
Rescheduling Fee A rescheduling fee of ₱2000 will apply to all rebookings.
Late rebooking requests made less than 15 days before the reserved date will not be accommodated, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation within two (2) weeks before the reservation date will result in forfeiture of deposit/payment.
